L J Engraving & Signs is guided by the experienced hand of our founder, Leonard Neuringer with over 40 years of engraving experience and 17 years signage background.  Leonard is one of less than 32 in the United States (and the only 1 in New Jersey) awarded a "CRM", Certified Recognition Master designation.  The CRM title is conferred by the Awards & Recognition Association, an International Business Association, after completing qualified instruction on technical and business topics for the engraving and sign industry, over a seven year period.
